Label Builder is a great tool that lets you create all types of labels, whether covers for your CD/DVDs, or address cards that are personalized and printed out.

With Label Builder you can design, create and modify address cards, postcards, personalized envelopes, promotional mail, invitations, etc. The whole process is managed via templates, making it really easy. Also, it has dozens of images and wallpapers to include. You can use both metric and imperial systems of measurement.

It also lets you add images from scanners and digital cameras, and get data to fill in the cards in ODBC databases. The editor incoporated in Label Builder lets you also write text in different formats and textures, insert lines, boxes, elipses, graphics, barcodes, arcs, etc.
